Reservoir of Capacity is the story of one mans obsessive struggle to right the horrendous traffic problem along one stretch of freeway in Los Angeles.Mark Watson is a civil engineer who specializes in traffic management. Hes been assigned the task of fixing the traffic problem where the two most congested freeways in the world converge. His assignment turns into an obsession, and he begins to loose touch with the rest of his life as his marriage falls apart, the police arrest him, and he looses sight of the practical limitations of the assignment. But the work hes doing is brilliant. His ideas will revolutionize traffic management if he can only get other people to see it.
